What is a Bonus and its restrictions?
Bonuses are extra rewards that are awarded to you and they have specific conditions with wagering requirements. The terms and conditions for each bonus and promotion can usually be found below the offer, either on the promo page on the website or in the email you may have received notifying you about the offer.
Did I wager my bonus enough?
To check your bonus wagering status, please go to the Cashier Tab > Bonus History, then choose the relevant bonus and check the ‘Wagering Left’ column.
What is wagering and what are the requirements?
A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to play through a bonus within a certain period before you’re able to withdraw any winnings. All bonuses are subject to terms and conditions. Be sure to read them before opting into any promotion to see the wagering requirements and expiry date.
Why was the bonus added with my first deposit?
The Welcome Bonus is received automatically when making your first deposit. You can view your bonus history within your account. Please go to Cashier > Bonus History. From there you may also cancel the bonus should you wish to not use this when playing.
How can I cancel a bonus?
Any bonuses added to your account are usually added automatically if a promotion is running during that period. It may also have been credited to your account as a first-time deposit Welcome Offer. If you do not wish to take advantage of the bonus offered, you can cancel the bonus by going to the Cashier > Bonus History, then select the unwanted bonus and choose Cancel.
How can I claim my bonuses?
Most offers require you to make a deposit with a relevant promotional code to claim the bonus. You can find the promotional code on the Promotions page or in the email you may have received notifying you of the bonus. To claim, visit the ‘Cashier’ to make a deposit and be sure to enter the promo code.
What is maximum conversion?
To find out the maximum conversion or the most you can win from a bonus, please read the terms and conditions of the promotion. This will provide you with the conversion rates should you complete the wagering requirements.

What is sports wagering with a Free Bet?
A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to play through a bonus within a certain period before you’re able to withdraw any winnings.
All bonuses are subject to terms and conditions. Be sure to read them before opting into any promotion to see the wagering requirements, expiry date and maximum conversion.
Example:
If a Sports Free bet has to be wagered 10x times. This must be completed before converted to real money.

- Wager the Free Bet’s winnings. Example Free Bet £10 X 2.50 winnings = £25 Þ Wagering amount: £250
- You can place any stake desired whilst wagering.
Why has my bet not been settled?
Usually bets are indeed settled immediately however, on occasions there are several checks that are performed in order to verify the sources. On very rare occasions these checks can take up to 72 hours.
What is the maximum I can bet?
The maximum bets depend of several factors (leagues/odds/dates etc). However, you can see the maximum bet or pay-out on specific bets and sports when you select the ‘MAX’ bet tab. If you wish to bet a larger stake amount you can always use the Superbet feature where you can request to place a bet that’s larger than the maximum bet.
What is a quick bet?
It is a function that you can speed up your placed bets by simply adding your stake amount and clicking on your selection. Your bet will be placed instantly.
What is a system bet?
A System Bet is a way to increase your possibilities of winning. You can place a system bet by entering at least 3 selections on your bet slip. For example, a 2/4 has 6 possible winning pairs (1st team X 2nd team or 1st team X 3rd team etc). You win even if only two of the four predictions prove correct. The winning amount is different on every case based on the odds of your selections.
How can I find the results of the events?
You need just to follow the path: Sports → Results → Select your desire sport, competition and dates.
What is a Superbet?
A Superbet is a feature that allows you to request placing a bet with a stake amount that exceeds the Max Bet Limit. The request may be approved or disapproved by traders. The stake amount placed at the request, remains reserved until a decision is taken. If accepted, the amount is deducted from account / if rejected the amount is going back to your balance.

How do I deposit?

What is a 3D Secure Code?
3D Secure (3-domain structure), also known as a payer authentication, helps to prevent fraud in online credit and debit card transactions. It requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when making an online payment.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
You can easily withdraw funds from your account, at any time, through the different payment methods available. In some cases, a previous successful deposit with the respective method will have to have been performed before that withdrawal method will be available to you. Please go to the Cashier tab > Withdrawal and select your preferred withdrawal method and the amount.

Can I cancel my withdrawal request?
Yes, but keep in mind that UK players can not cancel withdrawal requests, as per regulations by the UK Gambling Commission.
Is there a minimum withdrawal limit?
Withdrawals by Wire Transfer have a minimum limit of £/€ /$/CAD/NZD 50.00, JPY 5000, INR 5000, all other withdrawal methods have a minimum limit of £/€ /$/CAD/NZD 2.50, JPY 2000, INR 2000.

How can I reopen my account?
If your account is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, you can send an email requesting to reopen your account. You will then be contacted by us directly.
If your account is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority or Curacao, you can send an email to [email protected] providing your full name, your full home address, your registered e-mail address, a copy of a valid identity card/passport, and stating the reason you closed your account. You also need to confirm that you have read and agree with our Terms & Conditions and that you have read the Play Responsibly tab and that you are taking full responsibility for your actions. It should be noted that we reserve the right to refuse the reopening of an account for any reason and at our own discretion.
How do I reset my password?
Please click on the Login tab > Enter your email address > Forgot Password. A link will be sent to you by email. If you don’t receive the mail, please check your junk/spam folder as well.
Why can’t I log in to my account?
“The Username or Password Entered does not Exist “
Either the username or the password being used is incorrect. Be sure you are entering the correct login details. If you are still not able to log in, select the ‘Reset Password’ option and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you are still having issues after resetting the password, please email support or use the Live Chat on the website.
“Oops, an unexpected error has occurred. Please refresh the site and try again.”
What we can suggest is for you to clear your cache and cookies and try again. You can also try using a different device and browser.

How do I play your games?
You can select the type of game you wish to play on the main page. You can navigate to a preferred category and then click ‘Play’ on a game. Make sure to read each game’s rules and help file before you play by clicking on the ‘Info’ button within the game.
How do I view all my past wagers?
You can view your game history by going to Cashier > Game History and you can search back up to 1 year.
How do I place a sports bet?
You just need to select the event you wish to bet on and add the stake amount you wish to bet and click on Place Bet.
Where can I view my placed sports bets?
You can view all current sports bets by visiting the tab ‘My Bets’.
What are my chances of winning by playing your games?
